Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks an outside Dealer Sales Rep/HIW to develop and grow relationships with customers in Northern California, including Stockton and Redding. You will own dealer and buyer relationships, coordinate strategies, and promote decking and outdoor living products through a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

You will analyze customer needs, translate market insights into decisions, and work with internal teams to optimize pricing, inventory and promotions while supporting in-store

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials distribution sales.
• Knowledge of Decking products (Trex) and accessories.
• Experience with retail/home improvement is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer business and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, cultivates, and protects the store and buyer relationships with assigned customers.
• Coordinates customer strategies and supports value delivery to customers and profitability.
• Gathers market intelligence and informs product mix, pricing, and demand outlook.
• Develops and executes marketing and communication plans with customers.
