Qualifications

• 3+ yrs experience in building materials distribution sales
• Proven ability to establish and maintain dealer/buyer relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach across teams with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Establishes, cultivates, and protects the dealer and buyer relationships with assigned customers.
• Coordinates customer strategies to deliver value and grow wallet-share and profitability.
• Leverages market knowledge to pursue opportunities with new and existing customers for Distribution's products.
• Gathers market intelligence and informs decisions on product mix, pricing, inventory, and demand outlook.
• Develops and executes marketing and communication plans with customers including promotions and pricing updates.
