Job summary

Weyerhaeuser seeks a Dealer Sales Rep II to manage dealer and buyer relationships in a defined Distribution Center market. You will work with an integrated local sales team to drive growth across engineered wood, commodities and specialty building products.

You will develop marketing plans, coordinate promotions, and leverage market knowledge to inform product mix, pricing, and inventory decisions, while delivering superior value to customers and achieving margin growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success sustaining and growing key customer relationships and promotions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in building materials distribution outside sales.
