Job summary

Weyerhaeuser is seeking an Outside Sales Rep to develop and maintain relationships with customers, own dealer and buyer relationships, and coordinate strategies to drive growth in the Louisville/Lexington area and surrounding markets. Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma/GED.
• 3+ years’ experience in building materials distribution and/or LBM sales.
• Proven success in supporting large, complex accounts and maintaining key customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills; authentic, adaptive, persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and nurtures dealer and buyer relationships with assigned customers.
• Coordinates customer strategies to deliver superior value and grow wallet-share.
• Gathers market intelligence and informs decisions on product mix, pricing, inventory, and demand outlook.
• Develops and executes marketing and communication plans with customers and supplier partners.
