Job summary

Colonial Group in Fort Myers, FL seeks a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to engage existing and prospective customers within a defined territory. You will discuss needs, quote products, and manage orders while delivering superior service and building relationships.

Responsibilities include meeting with customers, creating quotations, coordinating with inside sales, scheduling daily routes, attending trade shows, and occasional product deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of retail sales experience in the hardware industry.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Meets with customers to discuss company products and may take inventory or suggest orders.
• Creates quotations and routine/special-order paperwork.
• Works with Inside Customer Service/Sales Team to finalize orders.
• Initiates customer call routes and schedules; creates daily call reports.
• Attends trade shows, association meetings and seminars as required.
• Delivers products on an as-needed basis.
