Job summary

LA Sales Recruiter is seeking an experienced Senior Outside Sales Executive to lead new business in e-commerce parcel and international logistics. This field-based role covers the West Coast, from San Francisco to San Diego, building a robust pipeline and closing new accounts.

You will prospect B2C/D2C brands, present solutions, and negotiate terms with senior decision-makers. Prior success in parcel, cross-border, or D2C shipping is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the B2C delivery vertical.
• Direct experience selling small-parcel delivery, international parcel, cross-border e-commerce, or B2C/D2C shipping solutions.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers, generate revenue, build pipelines, and meet sales quotas.
• Experience selling to e-commerce brands, online retailers, high-volume shippers, or e-commerce-focused 3PLs.
• Working knowledge of parcel delivery networks, international shipping, cross-border logistics, DDP, duties and taxes, landed-cost considerations.
• Proven ability to identify decision-makers, develop opportunities, and win business from incumbents.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Salesforce CRM experience required; Salesloft and ZoomInfo are advantages.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve research, personalization, and sales productivity.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying and prospecting B2C/D2C brands, e-commerce retailers, high-volume parcel shippers, and potential fulfillment partners.
• Generate opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, industry relationships, and in-person prospecting.
• Build and execute multi-touch prospecting campaigns using Salesloft.
• Identify decision-makers across executive leadership, e-commerce, logistics, transportation, and supply chain.
• Lead the sales process from discovery to close with senior decision-makers, both virtually and in person.
• Establish strong, long-term relationships with newly acquired customers and expand within accounts.
• Collaborate with internal pricing, technology, and post-sales teams to support customer needs.
• Maintain a disciplined prospecting strategy and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
