LA Sales Recruiter is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Executive for E-Commerce Parcel & International Logistics in Oakland, CA. This field-based, direct-hire role targets new business across the West Coast, selling international parcel and cross-border solutions.
You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and collaborate with pricing, tech and operations to deliver client solutions. Compensation includes a $110,000–$140,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance
Qualifikationen
- 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales in the B2C delivery vertical.
- Direct experience selling small-parcel delivery or international shipping.
- Proven ability to acquire new customers and build pipelines.
- Experience selling to e-commerce brands and 3PLs.
- Knowledge of parcel networks, duties/taxes, landed costs.
- Salesforce CRM experience; Salesloft/ZoomInfo familiarity is a plus.
Aufgaben
- Identify and prospect B2C/D2C brands, e-commerce retailers, and high-volume parcel shippers.
- Generate opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and events.
- Build multi-touch prospecting campaigns using Salesloft.
- Lead the sales process from discovery to close with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with pricing, technology, and operations to support solutions.
- Maintain disciplined prospecting and accurate Salesforce data.
- Represent the company at meetings and industry events.
