LA Sales Recruiter is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Executive to drive new business in the West Coast territory, covering San Francisco to San Diego. This field-based, full-time role offers a base salary of $110,000–$140,000 plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

You will prospect, present, and close deals with e-commerce brands and international parcel providers, leveraging your parcel industry knowledge and a strong pipeline to win new accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in the parcel/e-commerce shipping space.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet quotas.
• Experience selling to B2C/D2C brands and e-commerce retailers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with qualified brands, e-commerce retailers and high-volume shippers.
• Lead the sales process from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Build and grow relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
