Job summary

Grid Careers is seeking an Outside Sales professional for an established electrical and industrial services company. This role focuses on selling NETA electrical testing, commissioning and maintenance services throughout Southern California, with opportunities to expand into additional markets.

You will concentrate on customer relationships, business development and closing deals while leveraging extensive support.

Qualifications

• Experience selling electrical testing, maintenance, commissioning or related technical services.
• Understanding of electrical‑power equipment and customer service needs.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, win business and grow a territory.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-through.
• Based in the Los Angeles area and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and grow existing accounts throughout Southern California and beyond.
• Build relationships with industrial facilities, data centers, utilities, electrical contractors, EPCs and renewable‑energy companies.
• Identify electrical‑testing, maintenance, commissioning and outage opportunities.
• Work with technical and estimating teams to develop proposals, present solutions and close business.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and coordinate project handoffs with operations.
