Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon is seeking a skilled NETA Field Service Technician to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems through testing, maintenance, and precise repair of high and medium voltage equipment.

You will lead field service operations on assigned projects, mentor junior technicians, document findings in detailed reports, and collaborate with engineers to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical testing, maintenance, or field services.
• NETA Level II, III, or IV certification preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year.
• Proficiency in electrical testing equipment, troubleshooting techniques, and schematic interpretation.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor junior staff, and manage projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, NETA standards, and safety protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and report writing.
• Ability to work in various field conditions, lift heavy equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.
