Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Senior Representative – Outside Sales to grow revenue by selling electrical products to industrial and commercial contractors. You will prospect, qualify accounts, develop plans, and present solutions at multiple levels of client organizations.

The role emphasizes face-to-face selling with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and margin improvement. You will travel within the territory, build supplier relationships, and may earn commissions in addition to base salary,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, sales, business, engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years outside sales experience required, 4 years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to current and potential clients and suppliers.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills and ability to deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Sell electrical products to industrial and commercial contractors.
• Qualify accounts, forecast territory potential and expand account plans.
• Develop supplier plans and drive account growth and retention.
• Provide quotations and mentor sales team for customer service.
