Job summary

Sysco Boston, LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote Sysco products and services in the Cape Cod/Nantucket area. You will build relationships with new and existing accounts while meeting sales and profit goals.

The role may require non-traditional hours and significant travel; a bachelor's or equivalent experience in business/sales is required plus driving credentials. Car and cell phone benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline.
• OR HSD/GED with 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience.
• Bi-Lingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with stated limits.
• Must pass employment testing and sign Sysco Protective Covenants Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Research customer needs and develop a mix of products and services.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with routing and credit as needed.
• Attend meetings and participate in training sessions.
• Support training of new employees and analyze sales data.
