Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience within a distribution center or similar environment.
• Ability to comply with all safety requirements pertaining to job functions and general Distribution Center safety requirements.
• Must be forklift and pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound operations and instruct employees how to perform work.
• Design and maintain organization of truck yard operations and loading procedures.
• Enforce safety rules, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
• Schedule team hours to cover peak periods and ensure efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors with management to mitigate future issues.
• Lead by mentoring teammates and promoting engagement and problem-solving.
