Parts Town is hiring for an Outbound Team Lead (Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler) to oversee our automated Distribution Center operations. You will guide problem solving, support training for new hires, and lead the team of Parts Wranglers to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a distribution/operations environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Safety-minded with team training abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors with workflow management and team training
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity expectations are met
• Research and resolve daily transactional problems and provide frontline coverage as needed
• Provide leadership during projects and on weekend shifts
