Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Morganfield, KY is seeking an Outbound Operations Supervisor to lead pulling and outbound shipping activities, ensuring safe, high‑quality, on-time loading. Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years' experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
Must be forklift and pallet jack certified.

Responsibilities

Supervise and implement outbound operations; instruct staff and monitor progress.
Design and maintain truck yard organization and safety protocols.
Drive adherence to safety rules and secure loading procedures.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
Lead warehouse associates; promote engagement and problem-solving.
Investigate shipping errors and coordinate with management to prevent recurrence.
Schedule team hours for peak periods.
Ensure asset protection and proper receipt of merchandise.
Lead processing of outbound orders including UPS, Will Call, etc.
Oversee loading reconciliation and shuttle truck protocols.
