Qualifications

• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• Experience with outbound dialers or outbound calls.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience and ability to navigate multiple screens or software applications.
• Natural curiosity and the ability to build engaging conversations with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Engage warm leads via outbound consultations with small business clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to present solutions.
• Drive sales by engaging with businesses and offering a range of solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities through consultative conversations and data-driven decisions.
