TTEC is hiring a Sales Representative - Lead Development in Tempe, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, qualifying leads into opportunities and handing off to account executives for closure.

You’ll use dialing technology and a provided contact list to drive brief, impactful conversations and uncover value for small businesses. Base wage starts at $18.50 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 months sales experience or business development.
• Able to assess situations, research solutions and make recommendations before escalation.
• Comfortable engaging with customers to develop solutions.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Reach out to potential customers by phone or other channels to introduce the company and solutions.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with account executives for smooth handoff and closure.
• Use product knowledge to handle objections and drive sales to close.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
