Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Sales Supervisor on-site in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on coaching a sales team, guiding customer conversations, and driving performance while growing management skills. Base salary is $60,000 per year with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure effective training, product knowledge, and client alignment. This position emphasizes leadership development and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4 years of contact center experience, including inbound and outbound motions.
• 2 years of applied sales experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience leading a sales representative team.
• Ability to support multiple products and services while clearly articulating value to customers and coaching team members.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clarity, detail, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coach sales associates to achieve company and client goals through observations, feedback, and support.
• Help your team build consultative sales skills, including creating value, building urgency, and communicating persuasively with customers.
• Support customer escalations and guide associates through account management conversations.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and daily activity to help associates stay on track.
• Coordinate training or updates on products, services, tools, processes, and client expectations.
• Use TTEC and client systems throughout the day to support your team, resolve questions, and complete administrative tasks.
• Grow your leadership experience as a first-line manager by motivating, mentoring, and supporting career development for your team.
