Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of applied sales experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, technical solutions, account management, pipeline management, or small business sales.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and prospects by phone, chat, meetings, and outbound follow-up.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business needs and workflows.
• Recommend, demo, and sell solutions based on customer needs.
• Identify additional offerings that may support the customer’s business.
• Use sales tools to log activity, manage pipeline steps, and support follow-up.
• Meet productivity, sales, availability, pipeline, and adherence expectations.
