Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a senior OTA Partnerships & Channel Management professional to drive performance across OTA channels, manage partner relationships, and optimize revenue strategies. The role requires a strategic, data-driven approach and collaboration with revenue, marketing, and operations teams.

You will own onboarding, content accuracy, rate plans, promotions, and issue resolution across the portfolio, delivering regular reviews, insights, and action plans to leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in hotel distribution or OTA partnerships.
• Experience with OTA extranets and partner portals.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day OTA partner relationships and performance reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding, rate plans, promotions, and content updates.
• Monitor rates, inventory, and reservations across channels.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with revenue, marketing, and operations.
• Prepare leadership scorecards and action plans.
