Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee all market operations, including financial performance, property maintenance, guest and employee satisfaction. You will lead General Managers, interview and train staff, and ensure QA and brand standards across properties.

You will manage budgets, safety, and capital projects while driving revenue and EBITDA. Extensive travel (50–80% overnight) across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel 50–80% overnight across the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Managers and Floating General Managers to achieve high guest and employee satisfaction.
• Interview, hire and train staff; supervise operations across the market.
• Monitor QA inspections and ensure brand standards and property upkeep.
• Manage safety, budgets, and capital expenditures; drive revenue and EBITDA.
