Job summary

Engine is seeking a Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging, to own a portfolio of hotel chains, PMG, and partner properties, acting as the daily contact for partner health, revenue growth, and durable performance of the book.

Reporting to the EVP, Supply & Strategy, you will manage the operating rhythm, deepen rate/content coverage, grow direct revenue, and ensure partners are activated and performing against plan.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in partnerships, account management, or a similar analytical role.
• Track record of growing high-value relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for multiple partner workstreams.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own lodging partner accounts, ensuring health and revenue growth.
• Grow revenue by deepening partner engagement and expanding value across the Engine platform.
• Run the partner cadence—QBRs, performance reviews, check-ins, escalations.
• Monitor partner performance with key metrics and address underperformance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve issues and activate partners.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships and surface data-backed recommendations.
• Support leadership in negotiations and renewals with prepared materials and tracked terms.
• Maintain accurate partner records, rate and contract documentation, and pipeline tracking.
• Track industry trends in lodging distribution and hotel tech to inform partner conversations.
