Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Director of Direct Channels & OTA to drive revenue growth for All-Inclusive properties. In this role, you'll lead hotel distribution strategies, collaborating with property teams to optimize reservations and monitor channel performance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least three years of experience in Reservations or Group settings. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hotel Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ Reservations or Group experience.
• Highly analytical with expert-level Excel skills.
• Experience with multi-site organizations.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
