Job summary

Engine seeks a Sr. Partner Success Manager, Lodging to own a portfolio of hotel chains, PMG, and partner properties, driving revenue growth and durable commercial performance.

You will manage day-to-day relationships, align with senior executives, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to deliver outcomes. Reporting to the EVP, you will deepen rate and content coverage, activate partners, and foster disciplined execution while growing the value of

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, account management, or a relationship-driven role.
• Track record of building high-value relationships into commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial and analytical instincts with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of hotel chain, PMG, property ownership, and partner properties.
• Grow revenue by deepening engagement and expanding value of each relationship.
• Run the partner cadence including QBRs and performance reviews.
• Monitor partner performance and address underperformance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Pricing, Connectivity, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface data-backed recommendations.
• Support leadership in commercial discussions and renewals with materials and terms.
• Maintain partner records, rate and contract docs, and pipeline.
• Track industry trends to inform partner conversations.
