Target is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager on the OT Security team to lead Lead Engineers in standing up, operating, integrating, automating, and scaling OT security capabilities across Target's OT infrastructure.

You will own platforms and data pipelines that surface OT risk, drive vulnerability and exposure management, secure-configuration, and endpoint security, and collaborate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Network Security to protect operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field is required or demonstrated
• 8+ years hands-on technology experience with OT/security engineering is expected
• 3+ years managing engineering teams with delivery in an OT context is required
• Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 alignment and OT security governance is essential
• Automation-first mindset and experience building reusable platforms are valued

Responsabilidades

• Lead, build, and develop a team of Lead Engineers for OT security capabilities
• Own end-to-end engineering, deployment, and operation of OT security platforms
• Drive multi-quarter roadmaps and coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Network Security teams
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and incident response in OT environments
• Provide white-glove engineering support for high-risk OT findings
