Target is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for OT Security to lead a team that stands up, operates, and scales OT security platforms across Target's OT landscape. You will partner with Infrastructure, Network Security, and IAM to deliver secure, reliable operations and drive risk-based improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on OT security engineering.
• Experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443 standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Lead Engineers for day-to-day OT security operations.
• Align with Infrastructure, Network Security, IAM to scope requirements.
• Own end-to-end OT security platforms including asset visibility and exposure.
• Drive roadmaps, prioritization, and risk-based remediation.
• Coach and grow engineers, set standards for code quality and on-call.
• Translate security requirements into practical engineering patterns.
