Target Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager for OT Security to lead a team responsible for standing up, operating, and scaling OT security capabilities across Target's OT infrastructure.

You will own platforms and pipelines for asset visibility, vulnerability management, endpoint security, and data pipelines into enterprise systems, partnering with Infrastructure, Network Security, IAM, and vendor teams.

Formación

• Requires deep OT security engineering and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive vulnerability and exposure management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Security, IT, and OT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of engineers operating OT security platforms.
• Own end-to-end security platform deployment, operation, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with network security, IAM, and vendor risk to align requirements and roadmaps.
• Translate security requirements into prioritized engineering programs and deliverables.
