Target is seeking a Lead Engineer – Operational Technology Security to join our hybrid team in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will own the OT security platform lifecycle, including availability, upgrades, asset discovery, secure configuration, vulnerability management, and data enrichment across our global sites.

You will build automation, integrate tools with enterprise dashboards, and mentor engineers while partnering with OT and IT teams to translate security controls into scalable engineering

Formación

• Hands-on experience securing OT/ICS environments.
• Experience engineering an OT visibility/exposure platform at scale.
• Familiarity with OT asset inventory, vulnerability management, and secure configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Own OT security platform operations and upgrades.
• Expand sensor/collector coverage across OT environments.
• Develop automation and integrations to move OT data to dashboards and ticketing systems.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Translate control requirements into practical engineering patterns.
