Target Corp seeks a Lead Engineer for Operational Technology Security to own the OT security platform, including asset discovery, exposure management, and secure configuration across Target's OT environments. You will work with site teams, security engineers, and vendors to prioritize risk and implement scalable patterns.

The role emphasizes automation, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to protect assets while maintaining availability and safety in a hybrid Minneapolis setting.

Formación

• 4-year degree OR equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Experience operating an OT asset visibility/exposure platform at enterprise scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own the OT Security platform engineering, configuration, and operations.
• Expand sensor/collector coverage and ensure data quality across OT environments.
• Develop and maintain asset discovery, reconciliation, and enrichment processes.
• Prioritize risk based on asset criticality, exposure, and remediation feasibility.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation to reduce toil.
