Job summary

Target is seeking a Lead Engineer for Operational Technology Security to own and operate the OT security platform across global sites, ensuring asset visibility, vulnerability management, and secure configurations while maintaining availability and safety in production.

The role requires 6+ years in security engineering for OT/ICS, hands-on tooling experience (Claroty XDome, Nozomi, Dragos, Armis, Tenable OT), and strong scripting in Python.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in security engineering, infrastructure, or platform engineering including OT/ICS security.
• Hands-on experience engineering and operating an OT asset visibility and exposure platform at enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS fundamentals and vendor remote access patterns.
• Experience with OT vulnerability and exposure management and secure configurations.

Responsibilities

• Own the OT Security platform operations and upgrades (availability, performance, licensing).
• Expand sensor coverage and health across OT environments with site teams.
• Develop and apply engineering patterns for secure OT configurations and hardening.
• Lead data quality improvements for OT asset, exposure, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support architecture and operations.
