Job summary

Target is seeking a Business Information Security Officer for OT to design, build, and scale security solutions across our operational technology landscape. You will partner with business and technology teams to implement security requirements and mitigate risks, mentoring peers to raise security maturity.

You should have 7+ years in security engineering and 2+ years in OT/IoT security, with strong communication skills to drive alignment across stakeholders. Hybrid work in MN is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, computer science, or related field; or related experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in information security domains (e.g., vulnerability management, threat intel, application security, incident response, risk management).
• 2+ years in OT or IoT security engineering.
• 2+ years in network architecture, design, or segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale security solutions to secure Target’s OT landscape.
• Define security requirements, assess risk, and develop mitigation strategies across many business lines.
• Lead enterprise security projects and mentor team members in security concepts.
