Job summary

Target is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager for the Operational Technology (OT) Security team in the United States. You will lead a team of Lead Engineers to stand up, operate, and scale OT security capabilities across Target’s OT infrastructure.

You’ll partner with Infrastructure, Network Security, and other teams to harden endpoints, prioritize findings, and drive secure engineering practices in OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, build, and develop a team of engineers for OT security capabilities.
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive requirements for safe, secure OT engineering.
• Own end-to-end engineering, deployment, and operation of OT security platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and incident response with defined SLAs.
• Drive OT vulnerability and exposure management and secure‑config assurance.
• Translate ISA/IEC 62443 requirements into an actionable engineering roadmap.
• Represent the team’s work to senior leadership with clear tradeoffs.
