Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements across critical infrastructure. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO and VP level, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You are a recognized practitioner with a strategic vision and hands-on accountability for program maturity, governance, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience.
• 7+ years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite/VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, roadmaps, governance, CSOC builds, and investment plans.
• Advise client CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive growth through opportunity identification, relationship development, and win strategies.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers, ensuring quality across deliverables.
