Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Illinois to lead complex, multi-workstream security engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, advise CISOs at the VP level, and help grow Accenture's OT security practice.

You'll mentor consultants, shape program strategies, and contribute to business development while maintaining delivery excellence and client satisfaction across enterprise-scale initiatives.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• At least 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years leading OT security assessments or design.
• At least 5 years engaging with C-suite/VP-level stakeholders on risk and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies for clients.
• Advise client CISOs, VP-level leaders on OT risk and compliance.
• Drive client growth through relationship development and opportunity identification.
• Mentor a team of consultants and managers, ensuring quality across deliverables.
• Contribute to OT security thought leadership and win strategy.
