Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements and drive growth in the security practice. You will partner with CISOs and VP-level leaders to shape risk strategies, governance, and program maturation across critical infrastructure clients.

You will mentor a team of consultants, contribute to RFP responses, and help shape asset development and partnerships with OT technology vendors. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• 7+ years in consulting delivering OT security programs to large clients.
• 5+ years of people leadership computing consultants and senior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies and roadmaps.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive client growth through opportunity development and up-selling.
• Mentor and oversee a team of consultants and managers.
