Job summary

Accenture seeks an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients in the U.S. You will direct delivery teams, foster trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level leaders, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will balance strategic vision with operational accountability, ensuring delivery quality on major accounts while supporting new pursuits as a senior SME across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security experience.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including mentoring and developing consultants.
• Minimum 5 years leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industries.
• Minimum 5 years of engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies, including governance structures, roadmaps, CSOC build-outs, and investment plans.
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity; drive growth through new opportunities.
