Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery, build trusted relationships with CISO and VP-level leaders, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will mentor teams, shape program strategies, and ensure delivery quality while pursuing new opportunities and strengthening Accenture's OT security practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments and program design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements with delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies including roadmaps and governance.
• Advise client CISOs and executives on OT risk, regulatory compliance, and program maturity.
• Drive growth through relationships, add-on scoping, and opportunity identification.
• Mentor consultants and ensure quality across deliverables.
• Contribute to bid strategy, RFP responses, and proposals.
