Job summary

BBA is seeking a senior OT cybersecurity leader to advance its ICS cybersecurity capabilities and support growth across client accounts in industrial control systems and critical infrastructure markets.

Location is onsite in Salem, NH with up to 40% travel. You will manage client relationships, lead technical delivery, and drive business development across the United States while addressing OT networking, governance, and incident response planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 12+ years OT/ICS cybersecurity experience, including consulting and client-service exposure.
• Proven ability to win and deliver consulting projects in industrial or infrastructure settings.
• Strong understanding of OT systems, protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor for OT networking and cybersecurity
• Lead a team of technical professionals
• Represent BBA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote the firm’s expertise
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies
• Lead business development to grow OT networking and cybersecurity consulting services across the United States
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, energy, mining, and oil and gas sectors
• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses, and compliance audits (NERC CIP, NIST CSF, IEC 62443)
• Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for ICS/SCADA and OT environments
• Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity governance, architecture, and incident response planning
• Work with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity into infrastructure projects
