Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Technology Consulting to lead engagements that assess, design and improve cyber security for OT and ICS environments. You will blend practical OT security knowledge with leadership, advisory work and business development to protect critical operations.

You’ll guide teams across engineering, operations and cybersecurity, translating findings into clear risk implications for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience leading OT cybersecurity assessments and improvement programs.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and industrial networking.
• Experience applying ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82 guidance.
• Ability to produce client reports, roadmaps and security designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity engagements, including risk assessments and roadmaps.
• Assess ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTUs, HMI) and related networks.
• Design and implement practical OT security controls and monitoring.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF; tailor to client needs.
• Lead workshops with operations, engineering, cybersecurity and executives.
• Manage scope, plans, budgets and client communications.
• Develop and coach engagement teams; ensure quality and safety.
• Identify opportunities for EY to add value and support business development.
• Stay current on OT threats, vulnerabilities and regulations.
