Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead multi-workstream engagements and drive growth in the OT security practice. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level leaders, and contribute to business development across critical infrastructure clients.

The role requires deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise, consulting experience, and strong leadership to guide teams and ensure program success across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles
• 7+ years of consulting experience delivering OT security programs
• 5+ years of people leadership
• Experience leading OT security assessments and program design
• Engagement with C-suite/VP-level client stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies and roadmaps
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on risk, compliance, and maturity
• Drive growth through client relationships and opportunity identification
• Oversee delivery quality, staffing, and project economics
