Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams across OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation initiatives. You will work directly with clients to deliver high-quality technical and executive deliverables, improving security and resilience of industrial environments.

The role requires knowledge of OT systems (ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI) and frameworks (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF). Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity or OT security experience.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or design activities.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments and systems (SCADA, DCS, PLC, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or equivalent guidance.
• Ability to produce professional reports, presentations and architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI and IIoT.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, firewall rules and secure remote access.
• Support development of OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and standards.
• Design and support OT security solution implementation considering safety and reliability.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF guidance and sector-specific standards.
• Lead client interviews, workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive reports.
• Lead workstreams, plan projects, track risks and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and assets.
• Stay current on OT threats and regulatory developments.
