Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream engagements for critical infrastructure clients. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships at the CISO/VP level, and contribute to business development across the OT security market.

You will balance strategic vision with operational accountability, ensuring high-quality delivery on your accounts while pursuing new business as a senior SME in OT security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure roles
• 7+ years consulting experience delivering OT security programs
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• 5+ years leading OT security assessments or program design
• 5+ years engaging with C-suite on OT risk and compliance
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)
• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements with a focus on delivery quality and client satisfaction
• Develop and execute OT security program strategies including roadmaps and governance
• Advise CISOs and VP-level leaders on OT risk, compliance, and program maturity
• Identify security capability gaps and drive client growth opportunities
• Mentor consultants and managers and ensure quality across deliverables
• Contribute to win strategies and RFP responses in OT security
• Lead business development efforts including client pitches and proposal strategy
• Represent Accenture OT security capabilities externally via speaking engagements and workshops
• Contribute to OT security thought leadership and reusable asset development
• Manage engagement economics: staffing, forecasting, and risk management
