Job summary

Bull City Talent Group is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Architect to lead architectural direction for a global OT cybersecurity program in manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate will define OT security strategies, standards, and technical solutions, collaborating with OT Security Engineers, controls engineers, site personnel, and stakeholders to maintain uptime and security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience in OT/ICS environments.
• Experience designing security solutions for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of OT security architecture, standards, and implementation.
• Experience with ICS/SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement OT cybersecurity architecture strategies across global manufacturing environments.
• Develop security standards, guidelines, and reference architectures for OT environments.
• Provide architectural oversight for OT security initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Evaluate current OT environments and recommend improvements.
• Translate cybersecurity requirements into practical solutions that support manufacturing operations.
