Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior/Senior Consultant to lead security assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation initiatives across industrial environments. You will work directly with clients, prepare high‑quality technical and executive deliverables, and help improve resilience of OT systems.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, operations, IT and cybersecurity stakeholders, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, OT security, or industrial automation.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews and risk analyses.
• Knowledge of OT and ICS environments (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI).
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, gap analyses and security audits.
• Review OT networks, architectures, segmentation, firewall rules and secure remote access.
• Develop OT security strategies, roadmaps, standards and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solution implementations considering safety and reliability.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams, plan projects, track risks and manage budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals and assets.
