Job summary

EY is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant in Technology Consulting to deliver OT security assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation initiatives for industrial environments in Houston and nationwide.

You will work with clients across engineering, operations and cybersecurity, prepare technical and executive deliverables, and mentor junior staff while ensuring security and resilience of critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Industrial Automation or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity or OT experience.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, or risk analysis.
• Knowledge of OT/IC environments and systems such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, or HMI.
• Familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or comparable guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, gap analyses and security audits.
• Assess environments including IC, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI and IIoT technologies.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, firewall rules and secure remote access.
• Support development of OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, standards and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solutions considering safety and reliability.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF and sector guidance.
• Lead client interviews, workshops and technical discussions.
• Prepare client deliverables, diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead workstreams and support project planning and budgets.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to proposals.
