Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior or Senior Consultant to lead defined workstreams across assessments, architecture, strategy and implementation for industrial environments. You will work directly with clients, prepare high-quality technical and executive deliverables, and help improve security and resilience in challenging OT settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity/OT experience.
• Experience performing OT cybersecurity assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis or security design.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS environments such as SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU or HMI.
• Familiar with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF or comparable guidance.
• Experience producing professional reports and architecture artifacts.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity assessments, risk analyses, gap analyses, security audits, architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments.
• Assess industrial environments including ICs, SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, HMI, SIS and IIoT technologies.
• Review OT network architectures, segmentation, firewall rules and secure remote access.
• Support the development of OT cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Design and support OT security solution implementations considering safety and reliability.
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82 and NIST CSF frameworks to client work.
• Lead client interviews, workshops and technical discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Prepare client deliverables, architecture diagrams and executive presentations.
• Lead defined workstreams and assist in project planning and budgeting.
• Collaborate with engagement leadership and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and reusable assets; stay current on OT threats and regulatory developments.
