Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Manager of OSP Engineering & Operations to lead Ohio fiber engineering efforts and mentor two Operations Technicians. You will be the technical authority for outages, Tier II support, and contractor oversight, shaping standards and constructability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of direct OSP fiber engineering experience.
• Experience leading small engineering, operations, or field teams.
• Experience reviewing contractor designs and enforcing standards.
• Experience managing engineering vendors and contractors.
• Ability to mentor field operations personnel.
• Comfortable in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical events.

Responsibilities

• Lead OSP Engineering and Operations activities in the Ohio market.
• Mentor and manage two Operations Technicians.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for outages.
• Provide Tier II engineering support to multiple teams.
• Establish and enforce OSP engineering standards and best practices.
• Review contractor designs for constructability and routing.
• Collaborate with partners to support fiber expansion.
• Participate in outage response and restoration efforts.
