Job summary

Congruex designs and builds broadband infrastructure and is seeking a Project Manager, OSP, in Columbus, OH. You will define project scope, coordinate a project team (vendors/contractors), develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans and status reports to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong collaboration across construction and engineering, data reporting, and adherence to safety. Exempt position with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or Building Science.
• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination roles.
• Internships, co-op programs, or assistant roles during college may count toward experience.
• Typical early roles include: Assistant Project Manager, Field Engineer, Estimator, Scheduler.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team within a designated area including vendors and contractors.
• Manage tasks to ensure on time completion.
• Manage capacity, production, and cycle time expectations.
• Lead internal meetings to review status and implement changes for timely completion.
• Attend customer meetings to provide comprehensive status reports and resolve issues.
• Ensure tracking system accuracy and maintain documentation.
• Develop and update processes to streamline workflows.
• Identify ways to reduce cycle times and increase quality.
• Retrieve, analyze, transform and report data for business intelligence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
