Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced OSP Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of outside plant fiber construction projects. You will manage aerial and underground deployments, coordinate contractors and field crews, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong telecom experience, vendor management, permitting/ROW coordination, and project reporting from design through closeout. Local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in telecom with outside plant and project management.
• 4+ years in outside plant construction and large capital projects.
• Proficient with Email, MS Excel, Word, Google Earth and AutoCAD.
• Able to manage multiple RFPs and read construction documents.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of OSP fiber projects.
• Coordinate contractors, field crews, and stakeholder communication.
• Track schedules and budgets, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Provide project reporting from design through closeout.
