Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the full lifecycle of our fiber-to-the-premises deployment: from engineering and construction to vendor management and government relations. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive weekly production metrics, and keep projects on time, on budget, and built to last.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Directors, Program Managers, and Project Managers across fiber engineering, OSP construction, and splicing
• Own budgets, PORs, POs, change orders, and P&L — and move fast when things need to change
• Serve as the executive voice for OSP progress, escalating risks early and solving roadblocks quickly
• Drive cross-functional alignment and represent the company with municipalities, utilities, and government agencies
• Champion quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all tools, processes, and reporting systems

What You Bring

• 15+ years in telecom with deep expertise in OSP/FTTH construction and optical networks
• Strong financials background and P&L ownership experience
• 10+ years with GIS systems; experience with Vetro or similar fiber management tools a plus
• Sharp communicator — equally comfortable in the field and the boardroom
